Join Emma in the Weston Room for this all day workshop in oils and acrylic. Learn how to layer acrylic first by underpainting, then moving onto oils in the afternoon. We will be looking at how light shines through trees and how to capture shadows. This workshop is suitable for all levels, beginner to intermediate. Expert tuition will be given throughout the day with step by step demonstrations and one 2 one support. In this workshop you will learn: colour mixing, transferring images on to canvas, rule of 3 and composition, painting light and shadow, using oil painting medium zest it and much more. I will provide step by step demos throughout the day. We will be painting in acrylics and oil paint. All materials are supplied on the day. Bring an apron, I will have disposable ones available on the day. Bring your own lunch, tea & coffee is available with a small charge and free biscuits!
