Service Description
Join Emma in the Weston Room for this all day workshop in watercolour weaving.. Learn how to paint a simple seascape in watercolour, then turn it into a woven piece of art. You will learn how to weave paper together and how to create an effective watercolour painting with a difference. This workshop is suitable for all levels. Expert tuition will be given throughout the day with step by step demonstrations and one 2 one support. In this workshop you will learn: colour mixing, transferring images on to watercolour paper, the technique of weaving with paper, watercolour washes and further techniques. All materials are supplied on the day. There will be a chance to mount your finished piece on the day, the mount will be supplied. Bring your own lunch, tea & coffee is available with a small charge and free biscuits!
