Join Emma in the Weston Room in this workshop where we will be combining watercolour and hand stitch to create beautiful mixed media images. We will paint in watercolour first, then add some hand stitching with embroidery threads. No experience is necessary in stitching as you can use your imagination or just a few basic stitches. I hope to create a small mixed media painting and a card with your image painted onto hand made paper which you can take home. I will demo step by step throughout the day You will learn watercolour techniques basic hand stitching using hand made paper working in a simplistic way with watercolour creating a mixed media image All materials are supplied on the day. Please bring your lunch. Refreshments are provided at a small charge plus free biscuits!
